Safari Agent becomes the main product surface

Safari Agent now sits at the center of the PMS experience. It reads the selected hotel scope and helps operators reason about reservations, guests, rooms, payments, housekeeping, and daily operations.

New & Improved:

• Agent: Safari Agent can answer within the active hotel scope.
• Operations: Front desk, reservations, occupancy, and guest questions can now be handled from one command layer.
• Payments: Folio and payment context is part of the operator workspace.
• Setup: Room, room type, user, and hotel setup flows remain inside the same PMS shell.

Fixes:

• Navigation: PMS screens stay connected while the landing page is separated into its own marketing surface.
• Hotel scope: Agent answers are designed around the selected hotel, not global unscoped data.
• Performance: PMS pages are being simplified so repeat navigation feels instant.
• UX: Loading skeletons and unnecessary wait states are being removed from operational screens.
