For online purchases, Dodo Payments may act as Merchant of Record. Where that applies, Dodo Payments may appear on statements, invoices, receipts, and tax records and may process payment, compliance, fraud, and refund operations for the transaction.
Checkout-specific commercial terms such as price, billing interval, taxes, renewal timing, and payment method are the terms displayed at checkout or in the applicable order form. If there is a conflict, the checkout or signed order form controls for that purchase.
Safari PMS is a digital software service. Access is provided through the hosted application, invitations, account provisioning, and related digital workflows. Delivery is considered complete when the purchased access, subscription, or workspace entitlement has been provisioned.
We may suspend or restrict access when needed for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
